Queen Humaira Begum, eldest daughter of Colonel H.E. Sardar Ahmad Shah Khan, Minister of the Royal Court. He d. after a long ailment, at New Delhi India, 30th June 2008 (bur. Kabul), having had issue, three daughters:
- (a) H.H. Princess Humaira Begum [Humaira Wali]. b. 1953. m. at Kabul, 17th July 1973, Muhammad Tarif Khan Aref, youngest son of Major-General H.E. Muhammad Arif Khan, by his wife, Amina Begum, youngest daughter of Brigadier Sardar Muhammad 'Ali Khan. She has issue, an only daughter - see Afghanistan (Barakzai).
- (b) H.H. Princess Wana Begum. b. 15th October 1955. m. at Rome, 1979, Sardar Taj Ahmad Khan Zekrya, youngest son of Sardar Nur Muhammad Agha [Nur Agha], by his wife, Razia Begum, daughter of H.E. Sardar Sher Ahmad Khan. She has issue, one son and one daughter - see Afghanistan (Zikeria).
